We deliver to street addresses in South Africa only.
Delivery cost
Delivery is included in our prices. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery times
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 0–2 working days after payment. The courier usually delivers within 3–5 working days after that, so most orders arrive in about 3–7 working days. Outlying and rural areas may take longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Busy periods like Black Friday and December can add time, and we'll let you know if we expect a delay.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. If we can't send your order within 30 days, you may cancel and we'll refund you in full.
Who ships your order
We work with a South African supplier who packs your order and sends it from their warehouse by courier.
Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you the delivery details. If your courier provides a tracking number, we'll include it. If you have any questions about your delivery, just email us.
Out of stock
If an item sells out after you've paid, we'll contact you straight away. You can choose to wait or get a full refund.
Wrong address or missed deliveries
Please check your address and phone number at checkout, because the courier may call you. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address or missed deliveries, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please email neatlyhome8@gmail.com as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and the item. Telling us within 7 days helps us sort it out quickly. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns
Because you bought online, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) lets you cancel your order within 7 days after you receive it, for any reason.
- There is no restocking fee and no penalty.
- The only cost to you is the direct cost of sending the item back.
- We'll refund the full price you paid within 30 days of your cancellation, and we aim to do it much sooner.
- Please send the item back with all its parts, in its original packaging if possible.
Warranty
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have a 6-month warranty on quality from the day your order is delivered. If the product is faulty, unsafe, not of good quality, or doesn't match its description:
- You can return it at our cost and risk, and you choose a repair, a replacement or a full refund.
- If something we repaired fails again within 3 months, we'll replace it or refund you.
- You don't need the original packaging for a faulty item.
- This warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or using the product against its instructions. Normal wear (like a mop pad wearing out after lots of use) is not a fault.
- Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem. This helps us sort it out faster, and it doesn't shorten your 6-month warranty.
If your parcel arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us with photos as soon as possible.
Mop your floors without wringing a dirty cloth by hand. The mop head squeezes itself out in the bucket, and the bucket folds flat when you're done.
Why you'll like it
- No hands in dirty water. Push the mop into the bucket's wringer to rinse and squeeze it out. No bending over and wringing by hand.
- Folds flat for storage. The bucket collapses down, so it fits in a cupboard, behind a door or in a small flat.
- Turns into corners. The mop head swivels 360°, so you can clean along skirting boards and under low furniture.
- Microfibre pad. Picks up dust and everyday spills on hard floors.
- Aluminium handle. Light to push around, and it comes in sections you click together.
Good for
Tiles, vinyl, laminate and sealed wooden floors. On laminate and wood, squeeze the pad out well so the floor isn't left too wet. Not for carpets.
