These terms apply when you use the Neatly Home website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

1. Who we are

2. Orders

When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. Your order is accepted once payment is successful. If we can't fulfil your order (for example, if an item is out of stock), we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include delivery. Neatly Home is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. You pay in full at checkout using the payment options shown. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.

4. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, and you have a 6-month warranty on quality. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Product information

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging can happen. If a product is not what was described, you can return it under our Refund Policy.

7. Using our website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to hack it, copying our content without permission, or placing fake orders.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for our products as required by South African law. We are not responsible for losses caused by misusing a product or ignoring its instructions, except where the law says we are.

9. Your personal information

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
