How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually packed within 0 to 2 working days, then take about 3 to 5 working days with the courier. Most orders arrive within about 3 to 7 working days. Outlying areas can take longer.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not at the moment.
Where do your products ship from?
From a warehouse in South Africa. That's why delivery is quick and there are no customs charges.
Can I collect my order?
Not at the moment. Orders are delivered by courier only.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you the delivery details. If you have any questions about your delivery, just email us.
Which floors can I use the flat mop on?
Hard floors: tiles, vinyl, laminate and sealed wood. For laminate and wood, squeeze the pad out well so the floor isn't left too wet. It isn't made for carpets.
Is paying safe?
Yes. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
I changed my mind. Can I return it?
Yes. You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, for any reason. You only pay the cost of sending it back. See our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged or stopped working. What now?
Email us your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you can return faulty goods within 6 months of delivery and choose a repair, replacement or refund. Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem.
